     Instead of keys, the dial combination padlock makes use of a combination of numbers (code) on the dial to open. It comes with reinforced hard casing and shackle, giving it a good amount of security. The push-button combination also uses the same mechanism.
     The disc and laminated pin tumbler types come with spring-loaded pins, making it difficult to pick the locks. Also, the disc type has limited shackle exposure, so it makes cutting into the shackle difficult.
     The warded padlock comes with internal mechanism that resists all types of jamming. Moreover, it is known to withstand exposure to various natural elements.
