So the other day, my 7-year-old nephew created a new superhero - Melted-Man. He put Superman and Spider-Man action figures on a plate and popped them into the microwave oven for a good 15 minutes. The last one is the convection model and it really got me interested. It combines the grill function with the convection function, which means I can brown and crisp the food in the fastest possible time. And these are perfect for baking cakes, muffins and cupcakes.
